Your data is deleted as soon as the purpose of the conversation has been fulfilled (that is, your enquiry has been finally resolved) and no statutory retention duties (for example under commercial or tax law for business correspondence) stand in the way of deletion. Business letters and the related email correspondence are kept for at least 6 years in line with commercial retention periods. General enquiries are usually deleted after 5 years, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Right to object
